What is Spice it Up campaign?
The more the donate, the spicier Shawarma get eaten by Shayan and Kamel, a man who sometimes finds water to be spicy and no tolerance for any spice at all.
50-100 - Mild
100-200 - Hot
200-300 - Spicy
300-400 - Very Spicy
500 - Suicide
The end goal is to reach 500 so we can try a SUICIDE LEVEL SHAWARMA
All Proceeds will go to help provide education, home and shelter to an orphan in Bangladesh.
Also, if we somehow manage to hit the goal of 1000 and sponsor two orphans, Kamel (the man with the bird's nest on his head) will SHAVE HIS HAIR!
About This Campaign
The charity we are working with is SOS Children's Villages, a non-religious and non-political charity that has a stellar international reputation. Additionally, it has schools, orphanages, programs in nearly every country in the world which ensures that this Campaign will be a truly global initiative. It costs $432 to sponsor a child for one year and $300 to sponsor a village. Each participant can select the location of where their contribution is directed.
Four competitions will be held through Giveffect:
1. Which faculty can raise the most money.
2. Which student club can raise the most money.
3. Which team can raise the most money.
4. Which individual can raise the most money.
